imageUSA – Here’s some not-so-breaking news: Google is big. But, just how big is it?

According to a study by analytics firm DeepField, Google makes up a quarter of North America’s internet traffic.

To put that into perspective, that’s bigger than Facebook, Netflix and Twitter combined.

Why the big jump?

60% of all internet devices interact with Google servers during an average day.

A big part of that (as you may have guess) is those things with can’t live without: smart phones.

Apparently we can’t live without Google either.

It brings a whole new meaning to Google Earth.
