Things got pretty scary at Venice Beach, in California this weekend. A mad-man plowed into crowds of people on the boardwalk, killing at least one of them and sending several others to the hospital. Witnesses described the scene as “…like something out a of movie, something you never expect to see.

There were people flying, laying on the ground, tents flying. Everywhere.” After hitting 12 people the coward ditched the car and ran away, but it didn’t take long for the LAPD to catch up with him. He was detained and the car has been located as well. Whatever happened to the good ol’ days when all we had to worry about at the beach were high priced souvenirs and sun burns?
