ROCHESTER, MN – Do you like toast? Do you like old stuff? Then Rochester, Minnesota was the place for you as it hosted the Annual Convention of the Toaster Collectors Association.

All kinds of toast-making devices were serving up a slice of history for collectors and enthusiasts who gathered to celebrate the crispy bread makers.

People from across the country came to check out some more of the rare and outdated models.

So the next time you reach for that slice of toasty bread in the morning take a moment to remember its roots, and raise your cup of coffee to toast the greatest invention since sliced bread.
