Where are the role models?

We are a copycat society. So many of us see something on TV or a movie and play out some distorted reality.

Here are some possible recent examples:

Those kids in Oklahoma who said they killed an Australian baseball player because they were “bored.”

That 8-year-old boy in Louisiana, who police say, shot and elderly caregiver after playing the game Grand Theft Auto.

I’ve heard some people use the term “MAINSTREAMING” with all this — when someone possibly mimics behavior they see in Pop Culture.

The problem is those people may not have a role model at home.
