SOUTHEAST HOUSTON – Labor Day Weekend is No Refusal Weekend, but one Houston driver did just that; he refused to pull over. The man led police on a chase that spanned nearly 60 miles.

It started on Wood Road in Willis, and ended on Cullen and Beltway 8 in Southeast Houston. The whole thing lasted about 45 minutes.

Harris County authorities also say the driver reached speeds of 105 mph. They also say the driver was on the phone with a 911 dispatcher during the chase. The dispatcher was eventually able to get the driver to pull over and surrender.

As it would turn out, the suspect had good reason to run. He was wanted in Dallas on a parole violation and in Montgomery County.

Seems like the only thing this guy is chasing is a longer rap sheet.
