candyHOUSTON, TX – Life can take unexpected turns, and Goya Qualuz and Gina Williams know that first hand.

They started their own business after Goya was laid off from her job. Gina had just come home from the military.

They started Dandy Candy, a chocolate candy company that prints full pictures or logos onto the candy.

Because Gina’s a veteran, the women qualified for help from the Small Business Administration Women Veteran Owned Business Initiative.

Goya and Gina hope to expand their business in the future so they can continue tasting the sweet signs of success.
