DALLAS, TX – Everyone knows smoking is bad for you, and a guy in Dallas just got nailed with jail time for his butt. Justin MacDonald escaped — reportedly through open doors — from the Dallas County Jail over the summer apparently to have a smoke. Not long after, a witness reportedly saw him hanging around in inmate’s clothes and called 911 (no word if he was actually puffing at the time).

In a plea deal this week, MacDonald got slapped with three more years in the big house. Bear in mind, he was only serving a short stint for a probation violation before.

Now that’s a drag.
