2 dead, 2 wounded in Nevada school shooting

SPARKS, NV – It has happened again. There was a deadly shooting at a school, this time at a middle school in Nevada.

Cops say a student opened fire, killing a teacher and injuring two students before turning the gun on himself.

Student Thomas Wing described what he saw, saying, “The teacher was trying to make him put it down, but he took the shot right then and there, and I started running. I started trying to tell everybody, you know, this is happening, and we need to just go.”

Another student, Andrew Thompson, said, “He walked up to a teacher and says back up. The teacher started backing up, he pulled the trigger.”

The teacher has been identified as Mike Landsberry. He was a math teacher and was said to be trying to protect the students.

It was the first say back from a week-long fall break. Students were gathering before the first class.

Everyone was rushed out of the building as cops rushed to the scene. At that point, it was all over.

Now the investigation begins.

As of now, officials don’t have a motive. All they know is the child got took handgun from his parents.
