COLUMBUS, OH – There’s always a chance that what you buy online is a knock-off. Now there’s proof that buying human milk online is not the breast idea in the world.

The Nationwide Children’s Hospital, in Ohio, did a study on breast milk sold online and found that 74% of 101 samples taken from a popular website had harmful levels of bacteria. Basically, three quarters of the people who thought they ‘bought milk’ got something that was ‘not milk’ and their babies got sick.

Breast milk that’s been carefully screened and pasteurized to make sure there’s no harmful germs inside is available through hospitals and milk-banks.

So, if you’re looking for the goods try those places first. You can bank on the fact that their products won’t make your kids sick!
