FRIENDSWOOD, TX – Michael Wayne McIntosh, a 62-year-old Friendswood man, is a very generous guy, known as Money Mike, or Big Tipper.
The Webster Police Department says he handed out thousands of dollars to teenage girls, in return for sexual favors.

Police say girls between 14 and 17 were recruited by another 17-year-old League City High School girl, herself considered a victim.  The 17-year-old would drive girls to McIntosh`s home at 606 Idlewood, in Friendswood and receive a cut of the money paid to the other teens.  The young recruiter was charged with compelling prostitution and was released on a $40,000 bond.

At least nine girls have been identified by police, though there are more authorities hope will step forward.

McIntosh is charged with three counts of sexual assault on a child and was released on a $120,000 bond.
