Afghanistan veteran receives keys to custom-built home

LEAGUE CITY, TX – Afghanistan veteran U.S. Army Cpl. Christopher Sullivan and his family received the keys to a new custom-built home in League City.

Cpl. Sullivan, a highly decorated combat veteran who was injured in a suicide bombing in Afghanistan, was recovering from his injuries when he was shot at a homecoming party held in his honor, leaving him paralyzed from the neck down.

Operation FINALLY HOME, with support from Harbour Classic Builders, Texas Home Improvement, the Houston Texans, Reliant Energy and many in the League City community supported the construction of the home, that was given to Sullivan and his family, allowing them a fresh start.
