HOUSTON, TX – Houston police officers are on the hunt for a police impersonator. They say an Asian male in his twenties or thirties broke into an apartment and shot a man early last month.

It happened at 9400 Bellaire Boulevard just before midnight on November 2. The victim sustained a grazing gunshot wound to his arm.

Now police are looking for information that will help them find the one, possibly two suspects. They say the assailant was dressed in clothing that resembled a Houston cop, and he identified himself as an officer serving a warrant.

The suspect is said to have acne scars on his cheeks and forehead. If you know anything, call Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
