Missing family in Nevada mountains found alive

LOVELOCK, NV – The family that went missing in the Nevada mountains over the weekend, has been found.

Rescuers and volunteers had been searching by air and ground over a more than 6,000 square mile radius to find the two adults and four children, all under 11 years old.

Pings from one of the missing persons’ cell phones reportedly led crews to the right spot.  The family had ventured into the mountainous area in the northwestern part of the state on Sunday to enjoy the snow, but then never came out.  Temperatures were below zero.  The U.S Navy had assisted in the search.

Everyone is reportedly in good shape.
