HOUSTON, TX – We’ve got some hamburglars on the loose!

Houston Police Department officials say three guys ambushed the McDonald’s on Tomball Parkway at about midnight November 22.

Just released surveillance video caught some of the action.

Cops say the suspects pulled up to the drive-thru. One of the guys pointed a gun at an employee and demanded cash, then jumped through the window and assaulted the employee. Two other employees reportedly helped get control of the gun.

Several shots were fired, but fortunately no one was hit.

Two of the guys ran away on foot, but not before putting a bullet through the drive-thru window to help get their buddy out.

“After the two individuals left, one of the employees managed to lock the drive-thru window, and then this individual went out the window,” said HPD Officer Efren Arjona.

The suspects reportedly left behind a stolen pickup truck and a gun.
