LOS ANGELES, CA – They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but for Ryan O’Neal, it wasn’t a picture he was after. He wanted an Andy Warhol painting of his late girlfriend, Farrah Fawcett.

O’Neal was in a legal battle with the University of Texas for it. The university claimed it was theirs, and that Fawcett left it to them in her will. The school had already gotten one painting after Fawcett’s death in 2009, but they decided to sue for this one when they learned it existed. Man, what a bunch of grinches. But O’Neal claimed he was the rightful owner, and a court agreed. A Los Angeles jury ruled in the actor’s favor.

Bet that painted a smile on O’Neal’s face.
