HOUSTON, TX – It seems Time’s person of the year, Pope Francis, can add one more title to his name.  Esquire magazine has named the pontiff the “Best Dressed Man of 2013.”

Ok, let’s be frank here. Some of his outfits have some flare, but let’s face it, most of the time this pope, and every pope, dresses pretty simply.

And come on, he beat out celebrities like Bradley Cooper, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, and Chris Pine, so either simple is really in this year, or, more likely, this pope is really in this year.

In fact, a recent CNN/ORC International poll found that 86 percent of American Catholics approve of Pope Francis and his leadership of their church. 86 percent!?  Sheesh… If Congress could get a little further out of the single digits maybe some of them could get on this list.
