HOUSTON, TX – Runners won’t soon forget the 2013 Houston Marathon. It was wet, cold and did we mention wet?

Looking ahead to the future, Sunday’s 2014 edition should have much better weather conditions.

That’s music to the ears of the 25,000 runners!

The new flat course for the marathon has many of the runners wanting to test their limits and possibly try to break some personal records.

Some just want to inspire.

Sunday’s marathon is at maximum occupancy, but if you’re not on the entrant list for 2014, it’s never too early to start training for next year.
