PORTSMOUTH, VA – For folks living in the Northeast, the weather is frightful!

The snow storm lives on with most of the East Coast blanketed in snow. It’s part of a storm that’s slamming 13 states from the Mid-Atlantic to New England.

In Portsmouth, Virginia whipping winds and snowfall are making their presence known.

The National Weather Service says the temperature should drop to 13 degrees with winds of five to 10 mph.

In Arlington, Virginia it’s flight frustrations and stranded passengers.

Further north in Massachusetts it’s a similar story with snow blowing through.

In Philly boy is it chilly! Cars swerve through the wintry conditions, while the city of freehold, New Jersey sucks it up and keeps moving. It’s the same story in New York, North Carolina and Florida.

Walking, shoveling and driving in the white out, the show must go on.

Some areas could see more than a foot of snow before the storm pushes into the Atlantic ocean Wednesday night.

Good luck over there!
