Man sues NASA for not investigating life on Mars

SAN JOSE, CA – Do you ever look up at the night sky and wonder if there’s other life out there? Well, photos taken by NASA’s Mars rover have one man so convinced life forms exist on Mars that he’s suing NASA over it.

The photos show a mysterious object that appeared in front of the Mars rover Opportunity. NASA scientists declared it a rock, named it Pinnacle Island, and called it a day.

But author and scientist Rhawn Joseph is not satisfied. In his lawsuit against NASA, he demands that NASA “scientifically examine and investigate” the strange object he says could be a fungus, proving life exists on Mars.

Yup, you heard that right. This is a lawsuit about extraterrestrial fungus. It may not be exactly what you imagined when picturing alien life forms, but hey — if we discover Mars can support living organisms, the fungus could be just the beginning…
