NEW YORK, NY – Looking to get your love life on “track” this Valentine’s Day? Why not start looking down in the New York City subway system?

Chilean born performance artist Maria Luisa Portuondo Vila is putting up posters to find him. And her “him” is a mystery man she fell for, while riding the A line into Brooklyn last November. But it was more like a missed connection on the subway platform for Maria, when her dream date vanished into the crowd of commuters.

Maria is definitely pouring her heart into it. She started her search by printing up 300 posters with her drawing of the dapper dude, one who seems to have a fondness of top hats. Her hope is that some other fellow rider will know who he is and help her finally meet her lost love before she heads back home to Chile in March.

So, will the ‘A’ in A Train stand for “amor” or will it stand for “adios” as maria heads back to Chile in a few week without Mr. Top Hat? Only cupid knows that answer to that one.
