CHICAGO, IL – Police say three men have been charged with criminal damage to property, after flooding part of Trump Tower in Chicago.

Court papers say the incident started when Carl Koenemann, 25, Benjamin Nitch, 25, and a third person, were denied service at a hotel bar for being intoxicated.

But instead of calling it a night at 5 p.m., the boys allegedly used their liquid courage to flood the hotel.

Prosecutors say surveillance shows the suspects taking the fire exit staircase to the sixth floor, where they allegedly turned on a water valve and released thousands of gallons of dark, dirty water. The damage is estimated to be in the hundreds of thousands of dollars, if not more.
