Cherry Chia Jam – Feel Refreshed
- 1 cup frozen dark cherries, defrosted
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Honey or agave as desired
In a blender or food processor, lightly pulse the cherries and water. Pour the mixture into a small container and stir in the chia. Let set for 1 hour to thicken. If you prefer a sweeter jam, stir in honey or agave, to taste, after the mixture has set.
