SPRING, TX – Klein High School is going to the dogs. Partnering Animals With Success, or PAWS paired up students with dogs and they put on a dog gone good show.

The PAWS event is also huge for Sander Smith who suffers from a rare seizure disorder.

Now, partnered with an assistance service dog trained by the North Star Foundation, he’s got a best friend waiting to help him out.

Problem is, Xander only needs to meet the $5,000 fundraising obligation. Although Xander’s school took up a collection they’re a little short and could use your help.

Xander’s family will rest easy once he’s placed with his new pup. And for all us, paying it forward is its own reward.
