University of Houston students share immigration stories

HOUSTON, TX – Immigration continues to be a hot topic in Houston.

Last week more than a hundred immigrants were found in a Harris County stash house.

It’s perfect timing for a group of University of Houston students to step out and tell their stories as undocumented Americans.

And yes, undocumented Americans can enroll as students at the University of Houston.

Friends and classmates stopped near University Circle to listen to the stories.

A growing push for immigration reform expands even more with student support.
