SCOTTSDALE, AZ – We’ve all heard that a dog is a man’s best friend. But potheads better take precautions to keep their best bud away from their weed! That’s what Arizona veterinarians are telling pet owners after seeing a recent spike of doped-up dogs coming into their animal clinics from wolfing down their masters wacky-tabacky!

Whether these dogs are digging up a hidden stash or eating munchies made from marijuana, emergency animal clinics across the Grand Canyon State report about 24 cases a month of pets getting sick from weed.

These high numbers of doped up dogs seem to stem from the legalization of medical marijuana in the state of Arizona a few years ago. What was only a handful of cases before clinical cannabis, today’s figures for high-flying Fido’s have doubled!

Vet’s want these pets to stay safe by reminding their owners to hide their hemp. Even though garden grown green might make your pup a little sick, synthetic pot can be potentially poisonous to your pooch. So keep drugs away from your dog and leave the weed to the top “Snoop Dogg”!
