KIEV, UKRAINE – Ukraine continues to inch toward civil war.

“We call on Russia to be part of the solution, to stop destabilizing Ukraine,” said NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen on Wednesday as he announced increased NATO presence in the region.

As NATO steps up its involvement, Russia does too.

And though the situation in the Eastern European Country is rife was confusion, it appears that Pro-Kremlin separatists seized armored vehicles from the Ukrainian army on Wednesday, and then took a victory lap through eastern parts of the country.

While Kiev tries to figure out how to proceed, Pro-Russian protestors now occupy at least nine government buildings.
