HOUSTON, TX – Ever dreamed of talking to someone who is really out of this world? Students at University of Houston Clear Lake studying space science got to do just that!

Astronaut Rick Mastracchio, a UH Clear Lake alumni, answered questions from students and aspiring astronauts all while he’s in outer space, on board the international space station.

Mastracchio has a good amount of space exposure. He’s sixth on the all-time list for most time spent space walking!

Hearing him answer questions only inspires students to keep following the dream.

You never know, there could be some future space explorers in the room!
