BARTON COUNTY, KS – Sometimes you fulfill your own destiny. Accused killer Jeffrey Chapman certainly did when he inked himself with the word murder and now he’s kind of worried that his tattoo won’t help him with the jury during his murder trial.

This tattoo isn’t something you can cover up with a little concealer or a long sleeve shirt; Chapman’s got “MURDER” tattooed in big block letters spelled backwards across his neck.

So he’s trying to get it covered up. Problem is? He’s stuck in jail.

He wants to make a good impression on the jury, since they’ll be deciding whether he spends the rest of his life behind bars.
