Ladies, have you ever wondered what it’d be like to go throughout life without wearing makeup?

Rachel Owens, a sophomore at Stephen F. Austin State University, wasn’t feeling comfortable in her own skin. So she decided to live one month without wearing makeup. Owens blogged about her experience and her journey to find what true beauty is. Check it out here.

Now she and her sorority have started a campaign encouraging all women to define what “True Beauty” is to them. They’re asking for people to send a picture/selfie sans makeup and to finish this sentence, “Beauty is…”. You can send your photo here.

So what is true beauty to you?

Serve up your thoughts.

And that’s today’s helping of The Online Dish with Maggie.
