PORTLAND, OR – If you happen to pass by a duck, you may want to proceed with caution. Or you could get quacked!

Cynthia Ruddell is suing a woman after an alleged attack left her with a broken wrist and sprained elbow.

Her assailant — Squirt, the duck.

It happened as Ruddell was walking by the woman’s home.

Ruddell’s lawyer says the pet owner knew about the duck’s aggressive nature and failed to warn neighbors that squirt was dangerous.

Now, Ruddell is seeking $25,000 for medical expenses.

She also wants $250,000 for pain and suffering.

In this case, a not so lucky duck.

Another greedy person looking for easy money. I'm guessing the duck did not break her wrist or sprain her elbow, I'm guess she got scared of a duck and fell down. I mean really, $25,000.00 for a broken wrist? They don't even do anything for sprains except wrap them, so that doesn't fly. And $250,000.00 for pain and suffering is a woman wanting a real easy pay day. Wouldn't surprise me if she intentionally baited the duck for the purpose of suing the homeowner.
