AKRON, OH – It’s the ultimate gift on Mother’s Day: a new baby! Well how about two?

New Ohio mom, Sarah Thistlethwaite delivered a rare set of twins on Mother’s Day.

They’re called Mono Mono twins, meaning the babies shared the same amniotic sac and placenta.

The odds of this type of pregnancy: one in 10-thousand births.

After spending 56 days on bed-rest in a hospital room, Sarah gave birth to twin sisters, Jillian and Jenna.

And if they weren’t already special enough, the twins came out sharing a special moment, holding hands.

Doctors say both babies are doing great.
