WHARTON, OH – Anthony Nelson’s 6-year-old son Ian was walking down the hall in his kindergarten, when surveillance video shows his teacher pin him against a wall, grab him by the face, pick him up by his shirt and send his head flopping back.

“I watched it in the kitchen and I just started crying,” says the boy’s mom, Autumn Nelson.

The Nelson’s say Ian got a bruise on the back of his head, but the teacher just got a slap on the wrist. Barb Williams was reportedly suspended without pay for ten days. They want her fired.

“He’s scared of her. Even going to the school next year or the year after, he will still have to see her if she is present in the building. That’s probably going to scare him,” says Mrs. Nelson.

The parents are pursuing criminal charges as well.
