CLARKSVILLE, TN – A 40-foot sinkhole has opened up on the football field at Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, TN.

The sinkhole opened when construction crews began work on what was believed to be a much smaller hole at Governors Stadium.

No one was hurt.

Now, it’s a matter of back-filling and prepping the field for football season in the fall.
