MOSCOW, RUSSIA – From Russia with love; and a whole lotta’ leg! According to The Moscow Times, the Russian Interior Ministry is taking a long hard look at how their police women are dressing, after hearing reports that many female officers are hiking up their hemlines to be sexier. Mother Russia has never looked so good!

Moscow worries these modified uniforms will be too distracting, preventing the officers from doing their job in the best possible way. They aren’t just saying “nyet” to shorter skirts, but to wrinkled clothing and the mixing of personal garments with uniform attire as well.

On the other hand, the police union is sticking up for the female officers by saying their uniforms are often ill-fitting and made of low-quality fabrics. They seem not to have a problem with the police women trying to look “more attractive” by strangely justifying the shorter skirts by saying, “Perhaps the girls want to get married.” Their words people, not ours.

The deadline for these lady law enforcers to make sure they’re following dress code is June 25th. It’s not known what will happen to those who refuse to comply, but maybe they should cover up a little. We hear it gets pretty cold up in Siberia.
