PHOENIX, AZ – A homeless man enters the Maricopa County jail lobby after he came out of the restroom holding two knives threatening deputies. After a lengthy standoff, the man was tased and tackled.

33-year-old Jesse Bustos Arce had been booked at the jail for disorderly conduct. The deputies believe he was attempting “suicide by cop.”

That didn’t happen, but 50,000 volts of electricity would alter anyone’s view.
