HOUSTON, TX – Are you wound up? Under financial pressure? Traffic setting your teeth on edge?

In Houston, you’re not alone. CNN Money along with the American Psychological Association say the Bayou City is ranked 5th in a list of the most stressed cities in the country.

Work, money, family, crime and lifestyle are all stressers, but we have an idea what’s stressful in our fair city.

Another stresser in Houston is the long work week.

You might have guessed New York tops the stress list, while Salt Lake City, Utah is most zen.
