DRIPPING SPRINGS, TEXAS- Another one of those stories that’s hard to wrap your head around.

A married couple in Dripping Springs, Texas– just outside of Austin, has been arrested and accused of kidnapping their adopted son, forcing him to live in a locked garage for years!

Apparently, 40-year old Jenifer Thyssen and her husband 39-year old Andrew Thyssen admitted to police they locked up their 22-year old son Koystya to ‘protect their own five children’. Ummmm, okay….

The couple says they checked on their son once a day and gave him a box of food once a week.

Now it’s time for these parents to feel what it’s like to be locked up!
