Next stop for undocumented children entering US may be Houston
HOUSTON, TX – The kids are coming whether you like it or not! The current tally is upwards of 52,000 undocumented immigrant children crossed the border into the U.S.; children begging for help and shelter.

Texas wants to open the doors to help with processing and housing. One landing spot is the Houston Independent School District’s unused Terrell Middle School in Northeast Houston. Federal officials scoped out the school and the Houston community is ready with open arms, yet not without some opposition.
City leaders in Grand Prairie knocked on doors around the education center there asking residents about a plan to bring undocumented children to their area. But they were more worried about the protestors than the children.
Tough decisions made even harder when dealing with the lives of children.
