Brazoria Votes: Undocumented immigrants not welcome

BRAZORIA COUNTY, TX — It’s already been debated and decreed in League City and Galveston County.  Now Brazoria is on the bandwagon too.  The message is loud and clear: undocumented immigrants are not welcome.

The move is really just symbolic. At the end of the day, municipalities have no real control.  The federal government can send the influx of Central American kids and others who have been flooding the border wherever they want.

Brazoria’s resolution says too many illegal aliens will cripple Texas cities and strengthen “terrorist activities.”

Of course, nothing is more dangerous than fear.
