BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Going under the knife for any reason is risky business, especially if the surgeon is going anywhere near your most private parts.

Johnny Lee Banks of Alabama made the decision to get a circumcision, but when he woke up something was missing.

The doctor had apparently sliced off his entire penis.

Now, Banks is hoping to make some big bank.

He’s suing Princeton Baptist Medical Center in Birmingham for medical malpractice.

Banks says he’s in extreme pain and his wife is probably not a happy camper either.

Here’s hoping the family can recover a stiff penalty from the hospital, so at least someone can get the shaft.
