KENNEBUNK, ME – It’s a good thing Scotty Falconer was speeding because the officer who pulled him over saved his life. The 84-year-old had a heart attack while stopped on the side of the road in Kennebunk, ME. A second officer who arrived with a defibrillator was able to shock Falconer’s heart and save him. Had Falconer not been pulled over when he went into cardiac arrest, this story might not have had such a happy ending.
