Hawaii boat rescue caught on camera

MOLOKAI, HAWAII – These days, you can catch all sorts of cool stuff with a GoPro camera, but a family in Hawaii caught more than some gnarly waves.

They caught a major wipe-out. The group was headed to Molokai from Oahu when their boat capsized in the Kaiwi Channel, and they got it all on video.

The quick-thinking group tied three kayaks together to stay afloat as they waited for the Coast Guard.

Luckily, they were all wearing life jackets and no one was hurt.

Maybe they’d be better off taking their next vacation somewhere a little more dry.
