HOUSTON, TX – The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission is considering allowing the sale of booze at gun shows.

“Any responsible second amendment supporter, or gun owner should know that you do not mix alcohol with guns.” according to Jeremy Alcede of Tactical Firearms

if the proposal is passed, all firearms will have to be disabled, live ammo will be banned, and buyers won`t be able to take their brand new gun with them.

“If they won`t allow you to buy a gun if you want to buy a gun, I don`t see no need in going.” said Vernon Richardson

So if you just want to look at guns while sipping your brew, this may be the way to go, but if you want to walk away with a new six shooter.

Cliff Kluhanek commented, “Why would you go somewhere, you buy a Cold 45 to drink but you can`t walk out with a Colt 45 you buy?”

TABC is asking for the public to weigh in before the proposal goes for a vote.

“I don’t know  why anybody would ever suggest bringing alcohol to a gun show.” said Kluhanek.
