LONDON, ENGLAND - Rugged men are back.

Mark Simpson, the British journalist who coined the term "metrosexual" twenty years ago, says that a new ideal man is emerging: the "spornosexual", a combination of sports and porn.

Hyper-sexual, body-obsessed, the spornosexual man wants to be desired for his biceps, not for his wardrobe or brains.  His own body is the ultimate accessory, and his kingdom is the gym and Instagram, not the mall.

If soccer player David Beckham was the metrosexual poster boy, football player Colin Kaepernick, rugby player Thom Evans and reality TV star Dan Osborne are now taking over the stage.

So, narcissism is on the rise.  But don't worry, guys, the metrosexual is not really dead: he's just dead jealous.
