SNOHOMISH, WA - How's this for a little extra rise and shine. Cops say some drive-thru cafe's in Washington, are operating more like "jack shacks" rather than coffee stands, by selling sex along with steaming cups-of-joe to "johns" who like a little extra sugar to go with their roasted beans.

Snohomish County prosecutors charged 52-year-old Carmela Panico, owner of Java Juggs and Twin Peaks Coffee stands, with prostitution and money laundering at her latte locations. She allegedly had attractive female barista's flash their breasts (or genitals) to gentlemen looking for an added morning pick-me-up to go along with their coffee.

By running stands that offered something other than caffeine on the menu, guaranteed to keep them up and coming back for more, police claim Panico pocketed two million dollars in less than three years.

The investigation into the naughty coffee stands was kicked up a notch last year, with the arrest of Sheriff Sergeant Darrell O'Neill. The 30 year veteran of the police force, was a big fan of the stands. So big, that he was known for his tips! No, not the money kind, the information kind! Cops claim O'Neill was tipping off the stands to police investigations, in exchange for dipping his cannoli in their coffee for free.

His trial is set for November.
