Ahh, Hawaii! Perfect beaches, laid-back lifestyle, it's just a go with the flow kinda place.
Unfortunately, if residents on a big island beach community don't hit the road, they could end up in the flow.
The heat is on, after the Hawaiian Volcano Observatory issued a warning that the community, of about 82-hundred people, could be cut off by the lava flowing from the Kilauea Volcano. The County Mayor says lava's now within a mile of the edge of a subdivision... and has already asked the state's Governor for emergency assistance.
So, we'll keep our fingers crossed for Hawaii, hopin' that volcano doesn't blow it's lid!
