Grego sounds off on "Upskirt Photo Law":

"Guys .. do you ever go to the mall, put your phone on video, hit record and start stickin it under random women's dresses or skirts..trying to remain undetected?  I'm betting that 95% of us.. I pray its higher, would never do that because it's wrong!  You'd feel like a pervert and a creeper.  If your gut tells you that, trust it!  Today around here we started our day thinking since the Texas Criminal Court of Appeals threw out part of the law banning improper photography or visual recording that it now makes taking upskirt photos legal.. but it doesn't!  They're still illegal but what comes into play here is intent, and what an "individual's is" when taking a picture, as the court ruled there are possible free speech violations to consider.. Basically they can't be the thought police ~ another thing-  I believe this is what happens when laws are interpreted not as literally as perhaps they should be, or are poorly written  allowing for loopholes for real creeps thanks to equally slimey defense attorneys.  This law needs to be looked at again, because if an upskirt can be explained as art then how come women are never asked for permission??!!  So  pervs, a court may not be able to prove your intentions as disgusting as they may be, but remember if a husband, boyfriend or father happens to catch you, then the upskirt may lead to you picking "up teeth"!  So, justice one way or another right?!"
