PYONGYANG, NORTH KOREA - Where in the world is Kim Jong-Un?

North Korea's Supreme Leader has been M.I.A. for a month.

He was last seen walking with a pronounced limp, which fueled rumors about his health.

One South Korean report said he recently underwent surgery after fracturing both of his ankles.

Another said he was suffering from gout, obesity, diabetes and high blood pressure.

With Lil Kim out of sight, North Korea's No. 2 leader and other top brass paid a rare, surprise visit to South Korea on Saturday.

This is the highest-level in-person talks in five years.

No major breakthroughs came from the meeting, but the two countries did agree to hold another round of talks in a few weeks.

Progress or propaganda?

Hard to tell when you're dealing with the Hermit Kingdom.
