LOS ANGELES, California - Poor Amanda Bynes just can't seem to get it together.

After years of being in the Hollywood spotlight, she's found her way back into the public eye, but for all the wrong reasons.

Bynes went on a recent twitter rant claiming her dad verbally, physically, and sexually abused her as a child.

The tweets were deleted, but Bynes posted another one saying her dad "never did any of those things" and that a microchip in her brain made her say those things.

Oh yeah, she also claims he's the one who made "them" -- whoever they may be -- put the microchip in her.

Bynes was checked into a treatment facility on a 72-hour psychiatric hold just hours after her twitter outburst, but with that type of talk, she could be in there a lot longer.

And that's probably not a bad idea either.
