HAUSER, Idaho -- It was supposed to be a night of freaky fun at a Halloween corn maze in Idaho, but what took place instead -- a deadly freak accident.

Jeremy McSpadden, 18,  a high school student from Spokane, Washington, was playing the role of a zombie Friday night, when he was run over by a bus carrying paintball players.

Authorities say he was running towards the moving bus, when he tripped and fell.

Police say the reason nobody noticed the accident right away, is likely because everyone thought it was part of the show.

Unfortunately, there was no such drama planned.

So sad to think about how many will be truly "haunted" from this tragic accident.
